It is a kind of precast thin-wall steel pipe and concrete composite pile,comprising an outer steel pipe lined by a concrete inner layer,wherein an end plate with a center hole is provided at the outside of the end part of the pile;and the end plate is fixedly connected with a steel reinforcement cage extending into the concrete inner layer.The prestressed steel pipe concrete pile has reasonable structure and is based on prestressed concrete pile and steel pile,with good and comprehensive mechanical property and highly compressive,flexural and tensile load capacity on pile body, strong anti-beating ability,low cost,simple production and simple application.Therefore,the prestressed steel pipe concrete pile is an ideal substitute of steel pipe pile.The TSC piles we produce have been verified by several major constructions domestically.
