We are a large Chinese ISO 9001 certified company commited in manufacturing quality precast prestressed spun concrete piles,with a total investment of 29.8 million US dollars, situated at the mouth of Yangtze River, Jiangsu Nantong Yugao Harbor Economic Development Zone with convenient transportation by water and land. Our factory covers an area of over 150,000 square meters, with over 280 meters waterfront and 30 thousand-ton wharf.

We are specialized in manufacturing PHC concrete piles with diameters of 300~1200mm for wharf. Every year, we produce various specifications of concrete piles of over 150,000 meters with single-section pile of 45 meter long and annual gross output value up to RMB 600 million.The large-diameter PHC concrete piles, with merits such as good bending strength, large bearing capacity, fine resistance against the external force, have been the preferential choice of structural materials for foundation engineering construction including large ports, wharfs, shipyard, huge bridges, high-rise buildings, heavy factories, high-speed railway, etc.And we have become one of the regular concrete pile suppliers for projects in Southeast Asia and Middle East. 

With years of experiences in manufacturing concrete piles and the support of an excellent technological and management talents team, we have persisted in technical innovation and research of new products. we have successfully developed TSC pile,which is a kind of precast thin-wall steel pipe and concrete composite pile,comprising an outer steel pipe lined by a concrete inner layer, wherein an end plate with a center hole is provided at the outer side of the end part of the pile; and the end plate is fixedly connected with a steel reinforcement cage extending into the concrete inner layer. The prestressed steel pipe concrete pile has reasonable structure and is based on prestressed concrete pile and steel pile, with good comprehensive mechanical property, high compressive, flexural and tensile load capacitors on pile body, strong anti-beating ability, low cost, simple production and simple application.Therefore,the prestressed steel pipe concrete pile is an ideal substitute of steel pipe pile.The TSC piles we produce have been verified by several major constructions domestically.
